Your individualized coaching will help you achieve and possibly exceed your goals while learning more about running and the type of training that works best for you. You will be able to submit as many emails to your coach as you desire.

Your Personal Program

With our runner e-coaching program, you receive a comprehensive and individualized plan specifically for you covering the length of time you registered for.  Additionally, you will be sent articles and valuable training tips to supplement your e-mail advice from your coach.

Using the same training fundamentals our elite runners use, your individualized writing plan will progressively develop your running skills and conditioning.

And the best part is that you will have a coach right by your side the whole way, only a short e-mail away. You are able to send unlimited e-mails regarding your training, nutrition, conditioning and racing.


Online coaching is a great way to access a top-level coach, but you must be willing to play your part also. We have found that those runners who frequently (minimum 1X/week) email updates and questions to their coach obtain the best results. The more info your coach has on your development, training, conditioning, racing and life stressors the better he will be able to provide the best coaching advice for you to meet your goals.

Dr. Dave Hale, Head Coach  

Over the last 20 years, Coach Dave has coached runners of all levels, from beginner to elite. This has allowed him to hone his coaching methods that enable him to design optimal training programs. He has numerous certifications to include being a USATF Certified Running Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and having an MA & PhD in Human Performance Psychology. Dave is a frequent speaker on running and fitness related topics along with having had numerous research papers published in peer-reviewed journals. He is on the faculty of several universities where he teaches PhD-level human performance psychology and research courses.
